Laurel Fleming, founder of Mar y Sol CoHosting, discovered Gulf Shores in 1990 and fell in love with its beach town vibe. After memorable vacations, she bought her first property in December 2002 and moved there full-time in 2005. In 2007, she married Tim and turned her condo into a thriving short-term rental. Since then, she has grown alongside the evolving vacation rental industry, crediting her success to valuable coaching and a supportive community. Today, Laurel leads a dedicated team, including top-rated cleaners, a skilled interior designer, a talented photographer, and a savvy realtor, all helping clients develop and manage successful Gulf Coast rental properties.
